For the vehicle factory, passenger transport and Bus company, the AdBlue filling is the second big problem besides the purchasing problem. After purchasing it, there comes up the filling problem, like the big packaging of 200kg and one-ton box, the filling on the vehicle is truly a difficult thing. The characteristics of AdBlue decide that there should be no metal which can be corroded by the urea in the filling system, thus the filling equipment becomes a big bottleneck for the AdBlue using.
After a half-year research, in early February, the KLS AdBlue filling equipment designed by our research and development department was officially declared the successful development. This set of filling equipment is composed of fixed filling machine and mobile filling vehicle, which can easily solve the problem of transportation and filling of various big packaging and various specifications. Compared with the same product in both at home and abroad, it has the advantages of convenient operation and cheap cost. In the actual using process, only one person can complete the filling work by using such filling equipment. It is estimated that the KLS AdBlue filling equipment will carry out the mass production in the near future. Currently there are many customers who have discussed the buying issue with our company.
